I Demand Good Customer Service

One of my biggest pet peeves has to do with customer service. If I am going to give my business to a company, I think that I should be treated with respect in return. Unfortunately, not a lot of companies feel the same way. That is why I got rid of my Internet provider. I had a bad experience with their customer service two times, so I knew that it was time to move on. I had heard that Frontier for Seattle customers has great customer service, so I went online to see if this was something that would work for me.

I was happy with everything that I saw with the website I was looking at. Frontier has high speed Internet that would actually be a lot faster than what I had prior to switching, but there was much more to wanting to switch over to them. I was getting my phone and TV services as well as my Internet from three different companies. I saw that if I combined all three with Frontier, I would be able to get a nice discount for bundling them together. The only thing left was to find out if their customer service was better than the other provider I had.

I contacted them both on the page I was visiting as well as over the phone. I asked the same questions to both people, and I was given the same answers from both. That may seem silly to some, but try asking a few customer service reps the same question and most likely, you will get different answers. Their customer service passed the test though, and I knew that I was going to switch over to Frontier. I have not had any problems since doing this, and I am even saving money now too!
